Customer Testimonials

„Business Park Oberhausen was the ideal choice for Topgolf’s first settlement in continental Europe. The excellent location and the dynamic environment offered us the perfect basis to bring our unique leisure concept to the region. With Euro Auctions, we had a strong and pragmatic partner at our side who made a decisive contribution to the successful realisation of this project. Since our opening, not only Topgolf, but also the entire Business Park has become an even bigger crowd puller in the region. Oberhausen has once again proven itself to be an attractive location for innovative leisure activities and attracts people from all over the region.“

„After several years of resource and having visited and researched all available states and cities with internal and external parties, it was concluded that establishing for the Largest Bridal Boutique Wedding World at Brammenring 12 in Oberhausen was the best choice, and we can definitely confirm this after 3 operationally. The location at Brammenring 12 in Oberhausen, has an excellent location and is centrally located in the state of NRW and is very easy to reach by public transport and car. What also made Wedding World decide to locate on the Brammenring is that it is very close to the largest indoor shopping centre “Centro” where more than 20 million people visit every year.“

„After more than 15 years of work, we are pleased to finally be able to open our Decathlon flagship store in Oberhausen. Thanks to the great cooperation with the city of Oberhausen, partners and especially Euro Auctions, who supported us from day 1 and believed in our project. Our store stands for the creation of a destination that goes beyond the functions of a classic retail store – the goal is to offer a unique shopping experience to the sports enthusiasts from the region. We are excited to become an integral part of the local community, providing a space where people of all ages and skill levels can explore, learn, and be inspired to embrace a more active lifestyle.“

A new chapter for the city – “The Loop” launches as an urban district of the future

Alttext

The next stage of development for “The Loop” will see an urban district of the future created in Oberhausen, covering around 120,000 square meters and comprising approximately 1,500 new apartments. The low-traffic district combines living, working, leisure, and sustainable mobility and is aimed at a diverse range of target groups with different building typologies.

At its heart is the approximately 15,000-square-meter “Stahlwerkspark”(steelworks park), a blue-green public green space with a high quality of life and direct access to footpaths and cycle paths. In terms of infrastructure, the district will be strengthened by the “Bypass Lipperfeld” and the redesign of tram line 105, which is intended to create a direct public transport connection between Essen and Oberhausen.

The neighborhood of the future With the residential development, the Stahlwerkspark, and the further development of the transport infrastructure, The Loop in Oberhausen is creating an urban neighborhood that combines ecological quality, social diversity, and modern mobility. The new neighborhood represents a contemporary understanding of the city: connected, green, livable – and ready for the demands of a growing region.
